The Bluffs River Front Park Is Ready to Enjoy!

The low water bridge which connects you to the Bluffs private island is now complete! The island is ready for parking and launching your canoe or kayaks. The Bluff's common area has five picnic shelters ready for your friends and family to enjoy.

Meet your new neighbors Nellie and Chuck Vardjian. They recently purchased lot 43 and are eagerly looking forward to retiring and living on there new 20 acres of paradise in Bluffs on the Potomac. Congratulations on your new property!

We were a little nervous when we first got in the car with Steve to go look at Bluffs on the Potomac.

He was wonderful in answering all our questions and explaining very carefully all that would be involved in buying. Then he took us to lot 43 and we fell in love at first sight! We got a fair price and immediately put up a down payment.

Since then Steve has been very helpful and always available to answer any other questions that come up.

I could not believe how easy and hassle-free the whole process was. Chuck and I are truly looking forward to retiring and living on our own 20 acres of paradise!

We’ve been searching for property to build a home on and use it as a vacation get away. We wanted something that wasn’t so far away and that was also reasonable in price.
