Construction Update

The Common area pavilion is complete and ready to enjoy! We also have three picnic shelters by the creek where you can relax by the cascading waterfalls while you gather with your family and friends. The Hunter Company has also begun construction on five additional shelters by the river and hopes to have them completed soon! They are in the perfect spots for cookouts and all your favorite river activities such as fishing, and canoeing. The South Branch of the Potomac is a premier destination for avid canoeing because of its extraordinary excursions, featuring nesting Bald Eagles looking down on the river.

Purchasing during the pre construction phase is a very exciting time. It allows owners to experience the private, deeded river access amenity installation from start to finish. Not to mention the obvious financial advantages of purchasing land during the pre-construction phase. All property owners who were among the first to purchase will be glad to know of the amazing progress on the river.

Picnic tables by the stream, ready to enjoy!

Message From The President

Dear Property Owners,

Hello again to everyone and welcome to the Issue 2 newsletter for our company’s newest and largest land offering “Bluffs On The Potomac”.
I am pleased to announce the installation of the covered picnic tables and the large pavilion in our common area. Our next item to complete for the river front common area is to construct a low water bridge crossing the river to gain direct access to the island for all to enjoy. It has been very important for us to get this amenity completed so you along with your families and friends may start enjoying your private river front common area this summer.

The month of June also kicked off the Grand Opening of a property release for Section 2. This section puts our property owners closer to Cumberland, MD. Cumberland, MD offers a lot of activity with having the headquarters there for the historical C & O Canal and also offers some old downtown shopping with a large focus on the Potomac River.

We have also broken ground and have been setting logs for our new 2000+ square foot log cabin. The cabin will serve as a meeting place for our sales staff but also provides you, our customers the opportunity to view the construction of the log home from beginning to finish and of course to help see what a piece of property can look like with a log home on it. I will be sure to include pictures of the cabin in our next newsletter.

Congratulations to everyone once again on your new land purchase.

Sincerely,

Hunter Wilson
President
